Parked domains is just a domain like website you see but it has no post in it. It is mainly reserved for future purpose. Wikipedia says

S, its true. A week before My Adsense account bannned by Google…. Not only for me, there are so many accounts in INDIA & PAkistan get banned due to illegal activites of publishers opposing the adsense policies intentionally & un-intentionally
