it's nice to see that Matt Cutts is sharing pretty much what everyone is talking about even though they don't know how Google thinks. I think having a list post is definitely a good idea and its easier to read.
Having a LIST article like 20 + or 10+ tips..some thing like that will be very helpfull for readers, it can able to gain Loyal readers to our blog
