A few days back, wordpress released its new version 3.0 for the users with default “Twenty ten” themes. They have updated many options and new features which is very useful for all blogger’s.
But the bad thing about this version is, many themes failed to work properly
with this new version. Many blogger suffering a lot because of this error.This problem pull down their traffic to some extend.

Reason is many themes not compatible with wordpress 3.0, so it is advisable to check whether wp 3.0 works perfectly with our themes or not, by installing it locally before installing it in our server.
If you had upgraded and your themes not working with WP New version.
– Change your themes ["swift" themes working well with Wp 3.0]
– Reinstall Wp with older version [Do this if u have "BACK-UP"]
– Ask Help from “Word-press forums” and from your Theme developer
Things to check Before installation
– Just install once in “wamp server” locally and test with your themes, whether all the thing working properly or not.

– Have a “Data Backup” of your site before Upgrade.

Change your themes or use older version of WP
I was careful enough to backup everything first. Luckily no issues.

I think one should keep a backup of his site before doing any upgrade to WordPress 3.0, who knows what may happened. I did that when I updated. By the way Swift themes work well with WordPress 3.0 so whose ever theme is not working properly switch to Swift
