yeh i too hav got this at the beginning !!
So nowadays i keep with the limit of 300 – 400 for following / unfollowing people..
thats safe i hope !!

But i followed 1000 followers at one day and got error msg like….

“Ur limit has crossed and you are not suppose to follow more people at this time wait for 24hrs”

That induced me to write this article
